Looked up Moanthe, Loanthe (she wanted to come up and talk but Don was still looking to talk to Moanthe who was off to the Lake, presumably was dead set on her destination), and Loasha. No dice except for Loasha, it's and african american name as it sounds like. But Moesha is the Hebrew, "drawn out of the water", or saved from water.
